Hunter: *[insert exasperated emoji]* “Why don’t you say you’re next, huh? You looking for a fight or what?” Caleb: “Me?? Bro, are you serious? I’m drowning in work every day. Who even has time for romance?”
Quincy: “You two could fall in love at the same time.”
Nash: “I’d bet on it.”
Caleb and Hunter both fell silent at Quincy’s comment.
Meanwhile, Nash was smirking at his phone, deeply amused.
When Nina walked in, she found Nash placing Gemma gently on the bed while grinning at his phone like a teenager.
“What’s so funny?” she asked, narrowing her eyes.
Hearing her voice, Nash reflexively put his phone down. “Oh, just the group chat. Caleb and Hunter were arguing, and Quincy chimed in with the truth that they might both fall in love simultaneously.”
Nina chuckled lightly. “For once, Quincy’s keeping it real. But… has Ben actually popped the question yet?”
She couldn’t help but recall how they had once planned to attend Scarlett’s wedding, only for Scarlett and James to quietly elope and skip the ceremony altogether.
“Honestly, attending a proper wedding for once would be a nice change,” she added with a chuckle.
“Nope, no wedding announcements yet. But judging by how things are going, especially with them trending online, it’s only a matter of time,” Nash replied, shaking his head.
Nina was fully focused on raising their children and had little time to pay attention to the outside world. She had considered going back to work, but Pharaoh was still undergoing chemotherapy, his body frail and unable to help with childcare like before. And more than that, she had missed so much of Orion’s early years. Now, with Gemma still so young, Nina had resolved to spend more time at home.
“Well, we’ll see when the time comes,” Nina said.
“Sounds good,” Nash replied, wrapping his arm around her. “Speaking of time, want to plan a little getaway? I can handle all the logistics.”

Nina shook her head. “Let’s wait until my dad’s health improves.”
Despite Nash’s enthusiasm, Nina wasn’t ready to commit to the idea, and he respected her decision without pressing further.

Meanwhile, back at the bridal boutique, Jamie tried on wedding gown after wedding gown, with Ben capturing every moment on his phone, each shot better than the last.
Eventually, Ben made his decision and purchased one of the dresses. Jamie looked at him in disbelief.
“We agreed we were just looking…” she started, shaking her head.
Ben shrugged, unbothered. “I’m allowed to change my mind, aren’t I? Besides…” His voice softened as he took her hand. “You look absolutely stunning in a wedding dress Jamie. I mean it. I love you.”
Jamie felt a wave of emotion hit her, her nose tingling as she fought back tears. She had seen Ben’s efforts his persistence, his care, and his patience. It was overwhelming.
Pulling her close, Ben pressed a tender kiss to her forehead.
She gently pushed him back, regaining her composure. “You need to focus on the company right now. It’s a critical time for you. Don’t let anything distract you.”
“I’m not letting you run from this, Jamie,” he said, his tone steady yet firm. “We need a resolution. I’m certain about one thing I need you in my life.
Ben studied her, realizing her words were a veiled escape.
“And don’t tell me you don’t want
this. We have a son together. We owe him a complete family. Besides..” He paused, his voice dropping slightly. “You were the one who walked away from us in the first place.”
