As Ben left, he immediately tasked his assistant with preparing wedding arrangements.
“Get the wedding dress Jamie tried on last time-buy it. And get others ready, too. Make sure everything is perfect,” he instructed without hesitation.

“Shoot, it’s past time to pick up Charlie!” She grabbed her keys and rushed out the door.

Miss Georgia, understanding as ever, reassured her. “Don’t worry. I’ll keep an eye on him until you get here.”
Relieved, Jamie thanked her.

The little boy pointed with his chubby hand. “He was over there, but now he’s not.”
As the dismissal bell rang, Miss Georgia’s heart sank. She hurried toward the gate. Sure enough, Charlie had already made his way there.
