Sandy rolled her eyes and yanked her hand away. “You’re all so worried I can’t have kids, but honestly, I wouldn’t have them for your family even if I could.”
She had made up her mind. For her own sake, she was done with the idea of having children.
“Sandy, I really believe that if two people truly love each other, it doesn’t matter if they have kids or not. We’re young. The old folks just have outdated ideas. I promise, if you don’t want children, I’ll never push you.”

“But now she owns half of Smith Corporation. Whoever marries her gets that half.”
Vivia stared at him, shocked. “What?”
Soren sighed. “She donated a kidney to Luke. In return, Luke gave her half the family’s assets. It’s fair.”

“Who else? She told me herself just now.”

Soren let out a bitter laugh. “She hates me now. Making things right with her won’t be that simple.”
