The school forum was still buzzing about Lydia. Her name was everywhere, and pretty soon every major university near Capital Med School knew about her. These days, the forum wasn’t just full of Capital Med students. People from other schools were dropping by to join the drama too.

Ethan knew Lydia was busy. If the guy hadn’t been so persistent and shameless, Èthan wouldn’t have bothered her. If this was just some Scammer with no real connection to Lydia, Ethan had a hundred ways to send him packing.
Lydia instinctively frowned. “Some old guy?”

“What did he say his name was?”
Ethan paused, thinking. “He said his name was… Frank? Something-Frank?”
“Frank White,” Lydia said, her voice flat.
Ethan smacked his leg. “That’s it! Lydia, is he actually your relative?”
He sounded totally baffled. Since when did Lydia have a relative like that? Lydia let out a cold laugh. “I don’t have the slightest connection to him.”
