She had already asked them to move twice, and they still wouldn’t budge. Amara was too polite to ask a third time.
So, she simply squeezed past Finnian, her movement a tad drastic, making sure to create enough space for Elysia to follow.
But for Finnian, that meant her soft body brushed against him. The warm scent enveloped him, her fair skin grazing his despite the suit jacket between them. He could still feel her warmth.

Amara successfully led Elysia
outside. Elysia was still fuming. She grabbed Amara’s hand, saying,
