Edith stopped in front of them, her expression severe.

like that? Amara is perfectly healthy. It’s only a dance-her baby will be fine.”

For Keith to defend Amara, and to do so publicly, only made Edith angrier.

She hadn’t intended to make a scene, but just look at what this woman was doing to her son. Edith was practically fuming.

If that was how things were going to be, she saw no reason to hold back.

“Oh, you’re so sure nothing will go wrong?” Edith sneered. “Let’s not forget, this baby’s origins are questionable-no one even knows who the father is. You’d better be careful.”

Her words were vicious, especially with so many people watching. Amara’s face fell, her expression turning cold.
