Amara glanced at her, then turned and walked away.

With everything laid bare, there was nothing left to discuss. It was better for her to get back to work.

As she walked slowly down the path of the architecturally distinctive university, Liliana watched her retreating back and narrowed her eyes.

Keith was a different breed from Finnian. While both were top-tier men in looks, physique, and ability, Keith was more easygoing and free-spirited, whereas Finnian leaned toward being cold and domineering.

Moreover, Finnian loved the world of business and had been incredibly successful over the years. Keith, on the other hand, despised the corporate world, preferring to make his mark in the entertainment industry.

And Amara herself was a screenwriter in that same industry. Looking at it that way, she and Keith really were a good match. It made sense that she would fall for him.

Previously, Liliana had despised Amara, or rather, she had been intensely jealous of her.

Although she had no interest in Keith, it still angered her to see Amara with him. After all, Keith was a high-quality man, and she didn’t want Amara to be with any high-quality man. She wanted Amara to end up miserable.

But now, her perspective had changed.

After being repeatedly rebuffed by Finnian, and with his affection for Amara so obvious to everyone—it was more than affection, it was deep love—she was now rooting for Amara and Keith to become a permanent item.

As long as Amara found happiness with Keith, she would stop thinking about Finnian.

Liliana knew that Finnian still desperately wanted to be with Amara. The biggest obstacle was Amara’s own reluctance.

Though she hated to admit it, Amara seemed determined not to go back to Finnian. Therefore, Liliana had to ensure that Amara wouldn’t be swayed by him and wouldn’t return to his side.

Then, she would seize every opportunity to get close to Finnian, slowly winning him over. It was the only way she could get back together with him.

After returning home, Amara sat at her desk for a long, long time without starting work. A heavy feeling pressed down on her.

If Finnian hadn’t been seeking her out so constantly, perhaps she wouldn’t feel this miserable.

But recently, he had been coming over to care for her, professing his love, whispering so many sweet nothings in her ear.

Although she fought hard not to fall for it, how could she not have been affected

after hearing it so many times?

Day by day, her mindset had started to shift.

Amara closed her eyes as a dull ache

Over the next two days, she polished the script again, communicated with Mr. Frost

a few times, and soon, it was the first day of shooting.

Typically, a film crew would hold an opening ceremony, often involving rituals to pray for a smooth production.

But Mr. Frost was a man of strong principles. He found such

superstitions pointless, believing that the only truth lay in diligent filmmaking and perfecting every scene. All other gimmicks were useless.
