“Slap!” The man struck Marshall across the face. He then stared at Marshall’s

Marshall felt his ears had been violated.
The man grabbed Natalie, who was too weak to even stand properly. She smirked coldly. Joanna’s methods were certainly effective. She had assumed they would be thrown into the ocean. She hadn’t anticipated this, nor had she expected Marshall to be part of the abduction.

The man holding Natalie cried out as a bullet tore through his arm. He stared in shock at his bleeding limb, then spun around in a panic. In the same instant, a powerful kick landed squarely in his back, sending him sprawling. His assailant’s foot came down hard on his groin.
