Joanna asked in shock, “Why did Mom disown you?”
“It’s because I only know how to spend money, not make it. I’m useless. Mom’s company is in trouble, and she doesn’t have any extra cash for me anymore. Joanna frowned. Wendy’s company was teetering on the brink of collapse.
