Chapter 570

Chapter 570

Just as Natalie got out of the car, she heard Zenobia’s voice. “Natalie, you’re here p>

Natalie looked up and saw her standing on the balcony, wrapped in a down jacket with a hat on her head, hugging herself for warmth. She was shouting loudly, but her voice was quickly lost in the wind and snow.

Natalie smiled sweetly. Seeing Zenobia bundled up like a dolphin, she raised her hand and waved.

“Zenobia, I’m here! I’ll be right up p>

After speaking, Natalie went to the trunk and took out some nutritional supplements.

She also had the medicine she prepared for Zenobia. Feeling happy, she walked quickly, not noticing Yvonne behind her.

Yvonne had relatives on the island and was here for a visit.

She was startled to see Natalie, and then Zenobia on the balcony. Why was Zenobia here?

That wretched woman had been gone for months. What was she doing here all of a sudden?

Yvonne secretly followed Natalie upstairs.

The buildings on the island were all four stories high, and Zenobia lived in a third- floor apartment.

The heating was on inside, making it quite warm. The wind was strong at night, but she had grown used to it.

Natalie quickly reached the third floor, where Zenobia had already opened the door.

“Natalie, come in quickly. It’s freezing outside p>

“Coming, coming. I brought some baby formula for you p>

Natalie said with a smile.

“Huh? You already brought so much last time. The baby isn’t even born yet. Can it eat all this?” Zenobia was overjoyed. Susan and Natalie were the kindest people to her.

Standing on the second-floor landing, Yvonne saw Zenobia’s prominently round belly. Her face instantly twisted into a mask of pure hatred.

Zenobia was pregnant. Considering the timeline, could the baby be from her encounter with Jerome at the hotel a few months ago?

“This… how is this possible?” Yvonne touched her own swollen belly, wishing she could tear Zenobia to pieces.

Although the baby in her womb wasn’t Jerome’s, it was now recognized as a child of the Scott family.

Jerome even gave her money every

month for her prenatal care. Speaking of money, doanna was supposed to send her payment for this month. It was already several days late.

After watching Natalie go inside with Zenobia, Yvonne went downstairs and called Joanna.

“Hello! Yvonne, I’m in the middle of filming. If you have something to say, say it quickly p>

Joanna’s tone was impatient.

Yvonne, too angry to notice, got straight to the point.

“Joanna, why haven’t you sent this month’s money to my account yet? It’s been days. I’m running out of cash. Send it to me now p>

Joanna sneered. “Yvonne, my brother is a cripple now. Are you really still planning on marrying him p>

Yvonne paused, suddenly understanding. A sense of panic washed over her.

Jerome hadn’t been as attentive to her as he used to be.

“Joanna, what are you trying to say? You’re not going to give me money anymore? Don’t forget, you were the one who told me to frame your. brother tell him and

if I mother about this, do you think they still tryst

you p>

It was because she had this leverage that she dared to shamelessly bother Joanna for money.

“Yvonne, are you threatening me?” Joanna’s voice was cold.

Yvonne’s smile was sinister. “Joanna, I don’t want to threaten you. I just want to ensure a good life for myself and my baby. I want my child to live a happy life p>

“Your brother is willing to be the sucker, so what are you complaining about? I’m warning you, if you think you can use me as a pawn and just toss me aside, you’re mistaken I’m not a fool like Natalie. The money must be transferred to my account on time every month p>
