Chapter 797
Chapter 797
She shouldn’t have left Sebastian when he was at his lowest.
In this world, who was richer than Sebastian?
But it was Natalie who stayed by his side during his most difficult time.
Joanna abruptly sat up, a mocking smile on her face. A man like Sebastian wouldn’t know the first thing about gratitude.
Natalie had cared for him meticulously for two years, and he never showed any gratitude for her devotion.
Sebastian was just like her-they only knew how to scheme against others, biting the hand that fed them. How could he possibly recognize what Natalie had done for him?
“Heh Joanna let out a bitter laugh, her tear-filled eyes staring coldly at the wind and snow outside.
She had lost everything, while Natalie and Marshall had raked it in with their stock investments. It seemed like all the good luck had shifted to Natalie’s side.
Her expression grew darker. *Natalie, you won’t escape my grasp. You’re only fit to be my stepping stone p>
Joanna picked up her phone and sent a message.
[Find out where Natalie is. Get a few people to teach her a lesson. Remember to send me pictures p>
After receiving a reply, Joanna put her phone down and calmly went to sleep.
After lunch, Natalie, Zenobia, and Susan went back to their hotel. Zenobia fed her baby, and then the three of them went to the sixth floor to see a movie.
It would take all three days of their trip to experience everything this building had to offer.
They chose a recently released drama based on a true story. It was very moving, and for two hours, the three of them were completely engrossed.
When they came out, Natalie’s popcorn bucket was still half full. She laughed and said, “I haven’t been to a movie in so long. I was so focused on the film I forgot to even eat my popcorn p>
Zenobia felt a pang of sympathy for her. “You were always taking care of Sebastian before, you never had. time to even get dressed up. But our Natalie is beautiful even without trying. A natural beauty, truly p>
Natalie felt a little flustered by the compliment. It was already dinnertime, so Susan suggested they get barbecue and then go to the spa.
Natalie was all for it. “Yes! These three days are for us to go wild. Let’s do whatever we want p>
“You bet. This past year, I’ve been growing and learning every single day, so busy I’ve been running around like crazy. I’m going to enjoy these three days of relaxation, Susan said, linking her atm with
Zenobia’s and leaning on her
“Zenobia, I’ve been working so hard lately p>
That’s why she had invited them out.
Zenobia saw that she had lost more weight and felt concerned. “Susan, Natalie,
both of you have gotten thinner. You have to eat properly. Don’t let a man ruin your health p>
Natalie and Susan both paused.
Susan laughed, a bit exasperated. “Zenobia, do we only live for men?
I’m completely over the hurt from
Jared. Forcing two people who don’t like each other to stay to togethers
the worst. I’ve finally figured that out p>
“And I stopped crying over relationship drama a long time ago. I’m losing weight
because I’m so busy with work, not because I’m on some diet p>
“Alright, no talking about men for these three days. Let’s just have fun p>
The three of them went to the food court, chatting and laughing.
Not far away.
Under the brilliant lights, Sebastian watched them leave. He was dressed in a black shirt and black pants, which gave him an even more imposing air. The expression on his handsome face was cold.
Sebastian turned to Sean beside him and asked coolly, “Where are they going now p>
