Nathan was caught off guard by Sebastian’s sudden anger. He forced a strained smile. “Of course, I want her to be happy. But she’s so malicious. For years, she’s been bullying Joanna simply because you love Joanna. She can’t stand it, so she constantly frames her. Just look at tonight. “Dad, were you too hasty?” Joanna asked nervously. “Sebastian isn’t like other men. He’s only been good to me all these years because I saved him. If it weren’t for that, he probably wouldn’t even look at me twice.”
Nathan was just as anxious. “That’s why I’m afraid that incident will be exposed. If he finds out Natalie was the one who really saved him, it’s over between you two That’s why want you to marry him quickly. Once you’re married and have a child, he’ll be tied to you for life.”

Wendy had just stepped out of the shower. Seeing Nathan, her guilt resurfaced. She shouldn’t have doubted him.
“Wendy, you’ve been so tired lately. Drink this. It will help you sleep, and you’ll have more energy for work tomorrow. The company depends on you.”

Nathan’s face lit up. He knew her guilt would lead to gifts; he knew her too well. “Wendy, you shouldn’t have. I have plenty of ties. You should
spend that money on yourself some nice clothes, get some spa” treatments. You need to love
yourself more.” He was an expert at charming women.
Wendy was deeply touched. Natalie had to be lying. How could her loving husband ever cheat on her?
