Chapter 623
Chapter 623
When she had plotted against Natalie, Sebastian couldn’t have been blind to it. He turned a blind eye because he favored her. And now he was calling her vicious.
Sebastian was such a hypocrite.
Joanna tried calling Sebastian again, but his phone was still off.
After a moment’s thought, she sent him a text.
[Sebastian, I’m sick. I feel awful. I miss you so much p>
After sending the message, Joanna lay down, but sleep wouldn’t come. Her mind was filled with images of Sebastian’s cold, merciless face.
When had Sebastian started to change?
Just as she was thinking this, her phone rang. She snatched it up, expecting it to be Sebastian, but was surprised to see it was Robert.
[Joanna, I miss you. Can we meet tonight? At my villa p>
Joanna’s heart fluttered. The thought of his powerful body filled her with excitement. She replied to his text, took the medicine on her nightstand, and left for the villa.
The next morning, Natalie woke up feeling unusually refreshed.
Her body felt languid, though. She had slept dreamlessly all night. She couldn’t understand why she’d slept so deeply.
She glanced to the side and, not seeing Sebastian, let out a sigh of relief.
It seemed he had left last night.
“Ah She stretched languidly.
“I’m craving some soup,” Natalie murmured, picking up her phone to call the butler.
“You’re awake. What would you like for breakfast? I’ll arrange it immediately p>
Natalie smiled. “Lucien, I’d love some soup, with extra seaweed, please p>
Lucien: “Of course, Miss p>
Natalie hung up with a smile and got out of bed to freshen up.
She pulled on a thick pink sweatshirt and tied her hair into a bun, admiring her fresh- faced, lovely reflection in the mirror.
A faint smile touched her lips. Ah… this vibrant, innocent version of her was truly alive!
“Heh… Sebastian, life without you is so much better. Good riddance to bad rubbish!” “Mmm, this feeling is great. After the divorce, I’m going to find a real relationship.” Natalie murmured vainly to herself, patting her own rosy cheeks.
“Ah! How am I so beautiful, so stunning she hummed as she left the bathroom.
She froze when she saw the man standing in her room.
She roared, “Sebastian, why are you still here p>
Sebastian having overheard her monologue, looked at her with a cold expression. “After the

love,
“Natalie, I’ve told you, we are never getting divorced. Get that idea out of your head
and start thinking about our future p>
Natalie shot him a glare, not even wanting to waste her breath on him.
She strode out of the room. Ignoring him was the best response.
Sebastian watched her go, feeling helpless.
After a few steps, Natalie suddenly turned back. “Sebastian, where did you sleep last night p>
Sebastian pointed to the sofa. “On the couch. It’s quite comfortable, actually. Better than the bed p>
In truth, her comforter had been incredibly comfortable-soft, warm, and light, carrying her unique scent He never would have thought that lying imbed with her could give him such a peaceful, dreamless night’s. sleep.
And she… her body was soft, her waist pliable… everything about her was soft. Holding her made him feel impulsive, tempted to taste the forbidden fruit of intimacy
