Suddenly, her gaze swept across the room and landed on Queena standing outside.

In an instant, she understood.

She let out a derisive laugh and looked at the assistant before her. “You said you reviewed my case? May I ask how you reviewed it? And what method did you find I used to get in through the back door?”

The assistant frowned. How would he know the details? He was just repeating what Queena had told him.

He grew impatient. “You know perfectly well what you did. Do I really need to spell it out for you?”

Just then, the head proctor entered the room. The exam was about to begin.

Seeing the commotion, he frowned and walked over. “The exam is about to start. What are you arguing about?”

The assistant quickly explained, “Mr. Wright! This person got in through improper means. We discovered it and were about to ask her to leave, but she’s refusing to cooperate and is wasting everyone’s time!”

Meeting Mr. Wright’s displeased gaze, Anastasia remained calm. “I’m sorry, but I don’t accept that accusation. I came here through legitimate means! In fact, I’d like to ask this gentleman on what grounds he claims I pulled strings.”

Seeing that her attitude didn’t seem guilty, Mr. Wright looked at the assistant.

The assistant immediately said, “Your name isn’t on the list of recommended candidates from the branches, and you’re not a member of the Global Harmony Medical Institute. Isn’t it obvious what’s going on?”

He then added to Mr. Wright, “It was Queena who discovered this!”

Queena walked in with a helpless sigh, addressing Anastasia. “Anastasia, please stop making a scene and leave. Don’t delay everyone’s exam!”

“Queena, you know her?!”

Queena gave an awkward smile. “She’s actually my sister.”

The statement shocked everyone in the room.

Anastasia smirked but said nothing, simply watching Queena’s performance.

Queena turned to the proctor with a look of resignation. “Mr. Wright, you may not know this, but my sister has never studied medicine! She can’t

ever identify basic mecha herbs. let alone anything more advanced!”

“I had no idea she would pull strings to sneak in here. I’ll take her out now. I hope you won’t hold it against her.”

Everyone immediately looked at Queena with sympathy.

Who here didn’t know of Queena’s reputation? How could such an outstanding person have a sister like that!

They looked at Anastasia with disdain, while also admiring Queena for being willing to acknowledge her relationship with Anastasia in front of so many people. What a good sister!

Queena caught their reactions and smiled inwardly, stepping forward to pull Anastasia away.

Anastasia dodged her hand with disgust and agility.

She looked at Queena as if she were a clown. “Ms. Sterling, first of all, my mother

only ever had one daughter, and she certainly didn’t give me a sister.”

“Secondly, I’m genuinely curious. We barely know each other. We haven’t seen each other in years, so you have no idea what I’ve been doing. How can you just assume I cheated my way in?”

Before Queenà could respond, she turned to the assistant and said

directly, “Of course my name isn’t on the recommendation list, and of course I’m not a member of the Institute’s headquarters. That’s because was speciall

recommended by Mr. Lockwood from the Fairhaven branch with a letter of recommendation!”

The assistant froze and immediately looked at Queena.

How did she deserve it? On what grounds?!
