Chapter 622
Chapter 622:
Milton responded, “Which brand do you wish to purchase?”
Feeling overwhelmed, Candice muttered, “Whichever,” as she held her forehead in disbelief.
Milton continued his inquiry. “Pure cotton or fiber? For daily or night use? Or perhaps both? And what about tampons? Pads with wings or without wings? Thick pads or thin pads?”
Candice felt a wave of speechlessness engulf her. “Just grab a bag!” Why did he ask with such meticulousness? Candice wondered, her face flushing with embarrassment. She wished for nothing more than to find a hole in the ground to hide.
Without another word, she abruptly ended the call.
Milton stood at the convenience store, observing Candice’s abrupt hang-up. However, he remained clueless about her specific preferences.
Opting for the most expensive brand, he purchased a bag of each variety.
The young female student observed from afar, her envy and regret evident as she admired his handsome face. The man before her wore clothes from top-tier brands. The watch on his wrist was a luxury she could only dream of affording in her lifetime. She couldn’t help but wonder what kind of woman would be fortunate enough to accompany such a godlike man.
Milton, carrying his selection, strolled towards the checkout counter, retrieved his credit card, and handed it to the cashier.
Astonished, the cashier glanced at him, taken aback by the noble credit card she had never encountered before. With a beep, the card was swiftly swiped, and a prompt materialized on the system: “WIP card, no charge; the system will forward the bill directly to the group.”
The cashier hastily returned the card to Milton, respectfully packing the sanitary pads he had purchased into a discreet black bag before extending it to him.
Taking the bag, Milton turned on his heel and exited the convenience store, leaving behind a trail of curious onlookers. At that moment, the female student rushed to the cashier’s desk and exclaimed, “Wow, is that a big shot?”

“Indeed, that card seems to hold immense power,” replied the cashier in a hushed tone. “It’s a WIP card of the Royal Garden Corporation,” the cashier continued. “Where there are people, there will inevitably be a Royal Garden. Even our convenience store was acquired by one of their…”
Subsidiary companies.”
“Ah!” gasped the girl, her gaze fixed on Milton’s receding figure. “Could it be he is the boss of the Royal Garden Corporation? How fortunate we are to catch a glimpse of him.”
Milton returned to the car, closed the door, and handed the black bag to Candice.
Awkwardly, she accepted it. When she saw that it contained a large quantity of sanitary pads, her brow furrowed, and she asked, “Why did you buy so many? I said just buy a bag.”
Nevertheless, she picked up a bag and opened it.
“How do you use it?” Milton asked. “How about using it in the bathroom on the private plane?”
